一、离心风机箱试运行之前要认真阅读产品说明书，检查接线方法是否同接线图相符；检查供给风机电源的工作电压是否符合要求，电源是否缺相或同相位，所配电器元件的容量是否符合要求等方面。
1、 Before the trial operation of the centrifugal fan case, carefully read the product manual, check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is in phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components meets the requirements.



二、柜式离心风机箱抵达正常转速时应测量风机输入电流是不是正常，离心风机箱的电流不能超过其额定电流。若电流超过其额定电流应查察提供的电压是不是正常。
2、 When the cabinet type centrifugal fan case reaches the normal speed, it shall be measured whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the current of the centrifugal fan case shall not exceed its rated current. If the current exceeds its rated current, check whether the voltage provided is normal.



三、柜式离心风机箱容许全压起动或降压电动，但应过细，全压起动时的电流约为5-7倍的额定电流，降压起动转矩与电压平方成正比，当电网容量不行时应采取降压起动。
3、 Cabinet type centrifugal fan case allows full voltage starting or step-down electric, but it should be too thin. The current at full voltage starting is about 5-7 times of the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is not available, step-down starting should be adopted.



四、双柜式离心风机箱试车时应先起动低速，查察旋转偏向是不是精准明确；起动高速时有须要待风机间断后再主张，以防高速反向旋转，致使开关跳闸及电机受损。
4、 During the test run of double cabinet centrifugal fan case, the low speed shall be started first to check whether the rotation deviation is accurate and clear; when the high speed is started, it is necessary to claim after the fan is interrupted, so as to prevent the high speed reverse rotation from causing the switch trip and motor damage.



五、柜式离心风机箱喺好多场合都有使用，使用一段时间后柜式离心风机箱会出现啲故障，柜式离心风机箱转子唔戥头惹振动罗有好多：柜式离心风机箱叶片畀腐蚀或者蚀严重；柜式离心风机箱叶片总装后唔运转、由於叶轮同主轴本身重量、令轴曲；叶轮表面唔匀巡嘅附著物，如铁锈、积灰或者蜡青等；运输、安装或者其他罗，造成叶轮变形，惹叶轮失去戥头；叶轮上嘅戥头蚊甩或者检修后未搵戥头。
