锅炉风机系要喺安全且稳定嘅环境运行,先至可以发挥作用同效率。我哋喺启动锅炉风机之前,要先检查一下电机嘅情况,睇下系咪有损坏嘅现象或者系安装走趱嘅现象,呢啲看似好细嘅细节恰恰系影响风机正常启动嘅关键,所以喺使用前嘅检查过程中,唔可以有丝毫嘅松懈。
锅炉风机安全启动的方法:
How to start safely:
1、锅炉风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、调节门及传动部分组成,各部有各自的功能,每个部分都完好无损才能保证正常运行。
1. The boiler fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating valve and transmission part. Each part has its own function. Only when each part is intact can normal operation be ensured.
2、锅炉风机叶轮由后倾翼型叶片焊接于弧形的轮盖与平板形的轮盘中间,保证了风机的低噪声、高强度。叶轮经静、动平衡校正运转平稳。同一机号的引风机叶轮结构相同。
2. The impeller of the boiler fan is welded between the arc-shaped wheel cover and the flat wheel plate by the backward inclined wing blade, which ensures the low noise and high strength of the fan. The impeller runs smoothly after static and dynamic balance correction. The impeller structure of induced draft fan of the same unit number is the same.
3、风机机壳是用普通钢板焊接而成的蜗形体。风机的机壳制成整体结构。对于
引风机,在蜗形板上开有清灰门,同时适当加厚,以防烟灰磨损,延长其使用寿命。
3. The fan casing is a worm shaped body welded with ordinary steel plates. The shell of the fan is made into an integral structure. For the induced draft fan, a dust cleaning door is opened on the volute plate, and the door is thickened appropriately to prevent the ash from wearing and prolong its service life.
4、进风口为收敛流线形的整体结构,用螺栓固定在机壳入口侧。

5、调节门用来调节风机流量大小的装置。
