厨房食油烟离心风机风量嘅肯定：
（1）、以厨房嘅炒炉炉头数同蒸柜数量计算风量：一般个个炒炉炉头同蒸柜数量罗2000-2500m3/h计算。
例：厨房嘅炒炉炉头数为：4个同蒸柜数量：2个。
风机嘅抽风量为：Q=（4+2）×2500=15000m3/h
（2）、以烟罩嘅长度计算风量：一般每米烟罩罗2000-2500m3/h计算。
例：厨房烟罩总长度为5米。
风机嘅抽风量为：Q=5×2500=12500m3/h
