(1)供应商在移交风机产品时，应提供AMCA性能及噪声认证资料，以便使用者进行参考；

(2)风机机壳上应有热镀锌或者烤漆层，厚度不能小于60微米，叶片边缘与机壳之间的距离尽量小，而且间隙要均匀，不能忽大忽小；
(2) The fan casing shall be provided with hot-dip galvanizing or baking paint layer, the thickness shall not be less than 60 microns, and the distance between the blade edge and the casing shall be as small as possible, and the gap shall be uniform, and shall not be too large or too small;

(3)风机的底座和支架要固定牢固，以保证能够安全运行，叶片边缘与筒身之间的间隙应均匀；
(3) The base and bracket of the fan shall be fixed firmly to ensure safe operation, and the gap between the blade edge and the barrel shall be even;



(4)风机出厂前，应把支架和配套法兰安装好；
(4) Before the fan leaves the factory, the bracket and supporting flange shall be installed;

(5)风机的叶片，对于一般性的风机来讲，是采用铸铝合金，如果是高温风机，则采用铝合金，叶片的材料尽量使用复合材料，且要重量轻，能防静电和火花；
(5) For general fans, the blades of fans are made of cast aluminum alloy. For high-temperature fans, aluminum alloy is used. The blades are made of composite materials as much as possible, which are light in weight and can prevent static electricity and sparks;

(6)风机叶片进行制造时，应使用相同的模具，以保证叶片的同一性，并且叶片可以调整其倾角；

(7)叶片应牢固固定在驱动轴上，这样风机在运行时，叶片不会松脱；

(8)接线盒应至少提供IP55的保护等级，风机安装完成后，应进行动平衡校验，按照标准进行操作。
