轴流风机选择要注意以下六点:
Attention shall be paid to the following six points in the selection of axial flow fan:

1）在轴流风机选择性能图表上查得有二种以上的轴流畅风机可供选择时，应优先选择服从较高、机号较小：调治范畴较大的一种，固然还应加以比力，衡量利弊而决定。
1) When there are more than two types of axial flow fans available in the selection performance chart of axial flow fans, the priority should be given to the one with higher number and smaller unit number: the one with larger scope of adjustment and treatment, of course, should be compared and determined by weighing the advantages and disadvantages.

2）在选择轴流风机前，应相识国内轴流畅风机的生产和产物质量环境，如生产的轴流畅风机品种、规格和推广环境等，还应充实思量环保的要求，以便择优选用风机。
2) Before selecting axial-flow fans, we should know the production and product quality environment of domestic axial-flow fans, such as the type, specification and promotion environment of axial-flow fans, etc. we should also fully consider the requirements of environmental protection, so as to select the best fans.

3）在选择轴流风机时，应只管克制采取轴流畅风机并联或串联事变。当不可克制时，应选择同型号、同性能的轴流畅风机连合事变。当采取串联时，******级轴流畅风机到第二级轴流畅风机之间应有肯定的管路联结。
3) When selecting axial flow fans, only the parallel or series events of axial flow fans should be restrained. When it can not be restrained, it is necessary to select the same type and same-sex axial smooth fan connection incident. When series connection is adopted, there shall be certain pipeline connection between the ***** level shaft smooth fan and the second level shaft smooth fan.

4）对有消声要求的透风体系，应起首选择服从高、叶轮圆周速率低的轴流畅风机，且使其在******服从点事变；还应根据透风体系产生的噪声和振动的传播方法，采取相应的消声和减振步伐。轴流畅风机和电动机的减振步伐，一样平常可采取减振底子，如弹簧减振器或橡胶减振器等。
4) For the ventilation system with silencing requirements, the axial smooth fan with high compliance and low impeller peripheral speed shall be selected first, and it shall be subject to the point incident in **** and corresponding silencing and damping steps shall be taken according to the propagation method of noise and vibration generated by the ventilation system. The vibration damping steps of axial flow fan and motor are the same. Usually, the vibration damping base can be adopted, such as spring damper or rubber damper, etc.

5）选择离心式轴流畅风机时，当其配用的电机功率小于或是75KW时，可不装设仅为启动用的阀门。当排送高温烟气或氛围而选择离心锅炉引风机时，应设启动用的阀门，以防冷态运转时造成过载。
5) When the centrifugal shaft smooth fan is selected, when the motor power is less than or 75kW, the valve only for starting can not be installed. When centrifugal boiler induced draft fan is selected for discharging high temperature flue gas or atmosphere, valve for starting shall be set to prevent overload during cold operation.

6）根据轴流风机运送气体的物理、化学性子的差别，选择差别用途的轴流畅风机。如运送有爆炸和易燃气体的应选防爆轴流畅风机；排尘或运送煤粉的应选择排尘或煤粉轴流畅风机；运送有腐化性气体的应选择防腐轴流畅风机；在高温场合下事变或运送高温气体的应选择高温轴流畅风机等。
6) According to the difference of the physical and chemical properties of the axial flow fan, choose the axial flow fan with different purposes. For example, the explosion-proof shaft smooth fan shall be selected for transporting explosive and flammable gas; the dust or coal powder shaft smooth fan shall be selected for discharging dust or transporting pulverized coal; the anticorrosive shaft smooth fan shall be selected for transporting corrosive gas; the high-temperature shaft smooth fan shall be selected for accident or transporting high-temperature gas in high-temperature situation.

轴流风机选择要注意以下六点：

2）喺选择轴流风机前，应七国内轴流畅风机嘅生产同产物质量环境，如生产嘅轴流畅风机D品种、求规格同推广环境等，仲应充实量只环保嘅要求嚟择优选用风机。
3）喺选择轴流风机嘅时候，应剩系顾住克制采取轴流畅风机并联或者串联事变。当唔可克制时，应选择同model、同性可以嘅轴流畅风机连合事变。当采取串联嘅时候，******级轴流畅风机到第二级轴流畅风机之间应有肯定嘅管路联结。
4）对有消声要求嘅透风体系，应起首选择敢唔听高、叶轮圆周速率低嘅轴流畅风机，且令其喺******敢唔听D事变；仲应根据透风体系惹嘅襍讯同振动嘅传播方法，采取相应嘅消声同减振步伐。轴流畅风机同电动机嘅减振步伐，一样平时可采取减振底子，如弹弓减振器或者胶减振器等。
5）选择离心式轴流畅风机嘅时候，当其配用嘅电机功率小于或者系75KW时，可唔扮设仅为启动用嘅阀门。当排送高温烟气或者氛围而选择离心锅炉引风机嘅时候，应设启动用嘅阀门，以防冻态运转时造成过载。
6）根据轴流风机运送气体嘅物理、化学性子嘅差别，拣差别用途嘅轴流畅风机。如运送有爆炸同易燃气体嘅应选防爆轴流畅风机；排尘或者运送煤粉嘅应选择排尘或者煤粉轴流畅风机；运送有腐化性气体嘅应选择防腐轴流畅风机；喺高温场合下事变或者运送高温气体嘅应选择高温轴流畅风机等。
